Original artwork description:

"Trinite Square" is an original palette knife oil painting on canvas, 25x25cm / 10x10inches, realized in the impasto technique. The painting is realized on linen, bonded on wood panel and framed with matboard. The dimensions of the painting including the mat board are 33x33 cm / 13x13 inches.

I have found the inspiration for this street scene during my long walks in the Old Town of Lyon (Vieux Lyon). One of my favorite areas in Lyon, known for its wonderful examples of Gothic and Renaissance architecture.

This is a palette knife painting. No brush was used to create the work. I only used different types of palette knives to apply thick oil color paint.
