Original artwork description:
Another in my series of looking at groups of trees. This one shows a lovely warm glowing evening sky behind a group of trees. I have kept the shapes and details fairly simple on this one, as the colours and contrasts give a lot of impact alone.
This is painted on a square deep sided canvas, using acrylics.
The trees are lightly textured. The style is impressionistic/pattern-like with some of the composition portrayed as dots. Some of the detail has been done with pastel, sealed in with varnish.
The sides are painted black, and the work has several coats of quality UV varnish. It comes ready to hang. It is 60 cm square, or 23.7 inches.
It is being sold at a fair and affordable price ( as are all my paintings! ) and I will package it carefully, and refund any overspend on postage.
