Original artwork description:

I am drawn to trees, woods of silver birch, or pine, in particular, and the rough textural quality of the bark of the trunks against the dappled light filtering through . This painting is done mainly with palette knife, using thick oil paint. I liked the geometric feel of the upright tree trunks, against the more patterned leaf and sky detail.
It is signed on the front, and has D rings and cord, ready for hanging.
