A crayon sketch of a tree in Cyprus. I loved the drawings that Escher created in Greece and was inspired by his little known work. I was pleased with the result and the mediterranean light comes through rather well! This drawing is 30 years old now but still has aged well. It still looks fresh and vibrant, which is probably due to the 'sketch' quality.
