This is a bold bright impressionist painting of a tree. It is part of my series of looking at individual trees in contemporary styles. The work is stylised to show all the layers of foliage on the tree. Many colours have been layered up with dots, to create this detailed and interesting effect. A happy painting to brighten up a dull or grey wall, and create a focal point.

The painting is in acrylic, and has a coating of good quality UV varnish. The sides are painted black. It comes ready to hang.
