The largest in this series of original oil paintings that capture the tranquil properties of calm, clear and fairly shallow water. A plethora of distorted almost abstract shapes create fleeting patterns in the water, underwater pebbles add an extra dimension and with the light adding more movement to the water surface these components combine to produce a mesmerizing centre piece painting.

This painting just pops into first place as the largest that I have painted. The canvas is stretched over a composite frame that is constructed of aluminium and wood making it extremely robust and sturdy yet light.

The canvas is a very smooth superior extra fine oil primed linen and the painted image, also very smooth is continued around the outer edges of the painting. This contemporary style is referred to as ´gallery wrapped´ and requires no additional framing. Advice on hanging is supplied together with notes about the painting and on caring for your painting.
