Original artwork description:

This artwork is inspired by impressions of the sea just a short walk from my studio. Created in a spontaneous manner applying numerous layers and allowing some of the underlayers to show slightly.
It is painted also on the side edges with deep black and does not need framing.
Signed on the back and ready to hang.
