A modern colourful seascape painting inspired by the white sandy beach of Traigh Mhor in the Outer Hebridean islands of the highlands of Scotland. In this atmospheric coastal scene I have tried to convey the view out to sea with a dramatic stormy sky and the shallow clear water above the white sand beach. Painted in a contemporary abstract impressionists style in bold blue, purple with touches of orange on a lightly textured canvas.


Painted using quality artists acrylics on a small square format 8" x 8" (20 x 20cm) canvas, with a varnish finish and white wooden frame with cord ready to hang.
