A street in Altea (Alicante, Spain), I wanted to convey that morning light of the towns of the Mediterranean Sea, early in the day. My work captures an ethereal moment of a steep street in Altea, Alicante (Spain) that takes us to the center of the town, July 2024, early in the morning so as not to be too hot, although you can already see from the light that it was going to be a very, very hot day, as it was. Using watercolor to bring to life an impressionist scene full of Mediterranean light and shadow, I seek to convey the serenity and timeless beauty of forgotten urban spaces. Its soft tones and fluid shapes invite contemplation and add a poetic atmosphere to any environment.
