An Emu with an attitude.With his tousled hair and wide open eyes, he looks a bit disoriented; but cute and confident.Emu are beautiful , a bit fierce looking birds but their haughty gaze only adds to their robust personality.
This Emu has been painted on best quality watercolor paper in my usual style, using a lot of wet color to shape his feathers.Violet works best when depicting dark colors as it is vibrant and cheerful.
