Last street in the Garw valley, the terrace is tucked ( cwtch in Welsh) in by the forestry with views right down the valley to the sea. In the autumn the bank is full of colour and contrasts with the forest backdrop. Hard to believe but this was not so long ago an industrial landscape with a coal mine below the terrace of houses.
