Together, 2018.
A couple together in a storm.
I found the theme of lightning in the dark soft cloudy sky challenging and exciting especially using watercolour as a medium. The scene itself is as frightening as it is comforting, surending oneself to the force and power of nature. I used Dr Hydrus Watercolour inks in combination with masking fluid to depict a lightning storm and dramatic contrast between the lighting and foggy, blurry, soft night sky.

This painting is sold unframed. Certificate of authenticity by me is included.
