This sums up Summer to me. Bright blue skies. Airplane vapour trails. Apple trees laden with ripening fruit. Mash this up with my mum's stories of a treat when she was a child at the Summer Fair - a toffee apple. Charabang journeys to the seaside together. The old walls by the side of the road leading to the fun.

Painted on canvas, on shallow stretchers, with white edges. D-ring fixers and hanging cord attached. Will look fabulous on the wall as is, or if you prefer a frame you can do so to suit your budget and decor.

I create from what I observe and over the last 18 months I have spent hardly any time at racing and a lot of time driving to and from my home to mothers. So I've seen the UK countryside throughout all weathers and seasons whilst also reflecting on the ups and downs of life and old age. Depending on the settings on your mobile/tablet/PC/Mac the colours may differ slightly to the painting you receive. The painting does change colour and brightness depending on the light that is playing on it (as seen in the photos).
