Original artwork description:

An inherent part of the Cornish landscape are the old stone wheelhouses and engine houses from Cornwall's mining past. These engine houses are at the Crown Mines near Botallack. I've painted them in a limited palette of greys, blues and ochres to give a feeling of the wildness of the scene.

This is acrylic on canvas, varnished and comes mounted, framed and ready to hang in a contemporary white frame.

Framed measurements are 32cm x 42cm x 3.5cm.

I’ve signed the back and it will be sent with a signed certificate of authenticity but please let me know if you would like it signed on the front and I’ll be happy to do so.
