During this time of isolation, emotions build up. You practice restraint and abstinence. The renunciation becomes an unmistakable factor that eats its way into all life situations. Accustomed to being free, the invisible danger turns into a monster that not only lurks under one's own bed at night. Confronted with it every day, you get to know your own inner strength and realize how much you can not only adapt to new situations but also how much you can endure. Until it comes over you at some point and it's time to freak out.
