Original artwork description:

Inspired by the words from Revelations quoted in Tom's Midnight Garden these three words resonated with me when I read the book as a child, as did the story. It is a tale of a lonely boy who finds a beautiful back garden where he plays all summer long. It transpires that the threads of Time have mingled and his desire for a playmate and an old woman's reminiscences have merged to produce the garden, and the time he spends there. It all happens after the grandfather clock bearing the inscription 'Time no Longer' strikes thirteen.

This is my take on the phrase and the magic it conjours.
