Original artwork description:
If you walk to the end of Newgale beach in Pembrokeshire when the tide is out, you will see this view. I have painted this piece in more of an impressionistic style, focussing a little less on the detail and more on the contrast between the immovability of the rocks and the constant ebb and flow of sand and water around them. The effect of the sunshine reflecting on the sea is a bonus as well.
