Original artwork description:

This was inspired by my walk to the nearby lake just to enjoy the cool breeze and the exotic fall. Some leaves were falling, some still alive colorful and exuberant on the tree, knowing very well that they are going to fall soon! This reminds me of my late aunt's last phone call, which is still in my mind. She had a terminal illness and her days numbered, she called me for one last time, she went on with her conversation with so much of zest and enthusiasm, it amazed me! Quoting John Burroughs, " How beautifully leaves grow old.How full of light and color are their last days", it probably holds good for few people like my aunt, but I pray it holds good for all.
This work is on ready to hang stretched canvas, 1.5 inch deep and the sides painted in black for a contrast.
