What appealed to me most in this study is the complete oblivion to what is going on around,and his pose.
An art critics review,following an exhibition in Toulouse,France" Julians' ability to bring realism to his work is astounding. More than photorealism, he paints what the human eye sees when viewing his subjects in real life. His use of light and shade,to create form,is second to none."
Please note,this painting is painted on very heavyweight water colour paper,it will need to be mounted and framed behind glass,which will protect it from atmospheric grime.
