This is a hymn to the most sensual of all animals. This dangerous hunter with his smooth movements has fascinated me since I was a child. For me, it's a symbol of freedom, too.
But there is also a kind of freedom concerning the process of painting, the way one uses the brush, the colors etc. without hesitating or beeing afraid to make mistakes but letting oneself go as the brush must be faster than the mind.
