Artwork description:

A large reduction linocut of sand ripples leading the eye to a pool of water reflecting the sky and then up to the distant cliffs. This is one of my favourite images, now recreated in my current, largest possible size. This is the beach at Robin Hood's Bay in Yorkshire.

A reduction print is a relief print formed with layers of colour that are cut and printed from the same block, in this case, from lino. This is one of a small edition of prints, all of which are printed by hand so small variations occur between them making each one truly original.

This work is printed with water-based, light-fast inks on Somerset Satin paper and has a beautiful matt finish. Each individual print is numbered, titled and signed at the bottom.

This artwork will be rolled and shipped in a strong, triangular postal tube.
