Oil painting on a plywood panel of three white orchid flowers against a dark green background.
I saw these orchids at the RHS show at Chatsworth this summer and took a few photos, which formed the inspiration for this painting. They are beautiful flowers, and when I saw them in the flesh were displayed against a black cloth so that the white blossoms almost glowed.
The painting is finished with a clear varnish to protect it, and is supplied in a white tray style frame ready to hang. It is signed on the front and the back, and will be supplied with a certificate of authenticity.
