I chose to paint these sweet pears because I loved the contrasting red and yellow tones and I very much enjoyed finding a good arrangement for their unsymmetrical shapes. This piece is one of my personal favourites.
Materials used:
Oil paint, linseed oil, dammar varnish, MDF, cotton, rabbit skin glue, gesso.
