Berry Ink Drawing
Original Stippling Drawing
This piece 'Three Blueberries' was inspired by the famous Pointillists of the past and was drawn in a stippling style using ink liner. Мy personal art therapy.
Stipple. Or Millions of dots with liner and ink.
Pointillism or dotwork? Or stipple? All three techniques use dots to create a drawing. And exactly this fact confuses many people (and artists also).
Ask yourself just two questions to find a correct answer - how many colors do the artist use and on which surface?
In short,
1) Pointillism is drawing with separate strokes of various shapes, using the pure colors of any painting material (watercolor, gouache, acrylic, oil, tempera).
2) Stipple / stippling - works created using one (!) color. Most often it is black that is used, but it can be blue, brown, lilac ...
3) Dotwork is a style of body (tattoo) painting in which the drawing consists of a large number of dots.
I prefer to use the word "pointillism" just because it's easier and understandable for other people.

This ink drawing here is a single copy of my unique and original handwork. It is made on special, high-quality 100% cotton paper designed for watercolor from the world’s best manufacturers and has a density of 300 grams / meter.
The drawing will be great in classic, minimalistic interior, as a part of gallery wall or little accent.
To save this drawing at home I would recommend framing with passepartout and glass with UV filter for better protection.
NOTE: The colors shown on your screen and/or web viewing devices may vary slightly from the actual painting or print colors. The images in-home might not be to scale, and serve for illustration purposes only.
Certificate of Authenticity is included.
Signed and dated on a front.
One of you would be really lucky, because you can hang this piece on your wall just in one click.
