Original artwork description:

I created these series of paintings dedicated to "Tomorrow's Joe (Ashita no Joe)," which is one of the most legendary and influential comics/ animations in Japan. This is a boxing story. A pink orphan guy, Joe Yabuki grew the contender for the world champion. Though the original comic was run from 1968 to 1973, lots of people still remember and even adore him. I made these series of paintings with utmost respect for Joe Yabuki and its creators.
