"There are tears on the mountain" is an oil pastel drawing on textured Khadi cotton paper. The artwork is an abstract interpretation of a mountain landscape. Various shades of blue create a sense of depth as they come together to form mountainous shapes. Overlaid upon this are intricate dark blue and white lines, which evoke the rugged, rocky contours of the mountains.
