Painting of a vibrant city street, in the lobby of the theatre people gather before the show. Inspired by my time studying and working in theatres, a place I always love to be, out in the evenings, the buzz before the show. The expression in the brush strokes give a positive energy to the painting and the contrast of colours brings both vigour and depth.
The sides of the stretched canvas have been painted blue so that the painting may be framed or hung as it is.
