Original artwork description:

This is the world that greets me when I leave my home.
It is the threshold I cross each time to immerse myself in nature.
The world outside is always waiting for me, always different, but with the same warmth.

This painting was done en plein air in October 2022, on the path in front of my house.
I wanted to convey this feeling by painting with free, fluid and fast brushstrokes, reducing the paint to a minimum, trying to preserve the authenticity and spontaneity of what I had in front of me.
The work is painted in oil on paper, then stretched on 100% linen canvas mounted on a custom-made fir frame.
The signature is in the lower right corner.
The painting is protected with a layer of satin acrylic varnish.
The work is delivered with a thin fir frame, which deliberately shows the knots in the wood to better match the natural subject. It is ready to hang.
The painting is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist.
"The world outside" is a literal translation of the original Italian title “Il mondo fuori”.
