Humour in art, sometimes I just gotta do it! This is one of those scenes captured from events in my life, travels & encounters. It’s a special souvenir for me and I hope that comes out in the painting. Here the occasion is new acquaintances at a guest house in a recent travel. The comedy is inspired by her self expression in real life…
The close up pictures are to get a feel for the texture and brush strokes of the painting. Then there's the work in progress, and me with the painting for perspective.
