This painting is part of a solo exhibition that I did in 2019, Athens.
Seas and eroded mountains, waterfalls, volcanoes, trees and various plants, skies not that distant from us, all in a wrestling state. The viewer looks at the painter's art as she tries to seize nature's savageness, as she attempts to hold, not to submit but to feel her and make nature manifest out of and away from an idyllic style. My landscapes are not landscapes, they are conflict spaces of titanic proportions, where the water is raging and the Creation gives birth: in pain and blood.
The painting is mounted on a professional wooden frame/stretcher that can regulate the tension. When shipped normally I will unframe it and send it rolled in a tube together with the parts of the frame. The frame is then easily reassembled and the painting has to be restretched.
If you wish to have it shipped as it is it will have to go in a box and the price of transport will go up. In this case, we will try to find the best price for transport.

Top artist acrylic paints (Lascaux/Switzerland, Golden/USA, Old Holland (Netherlands). Painted on best quality linen canvas.
