In 2014 the Swedish artist and animator Erik Wernquist created a short film narrated by Carl Sagan presenting a vision of possibilities for mankind's exploration of the surrounding space. Humans, since the earliest glimpses of civilization were fascinated by the sky and the beyond. Some feared, some embraced it, other personalized it but it is one of the many things that connects us. And exploring it or going beyond could be one common goal and a constant reminder of the vastness of our reality, of the infinite boundaries of our will when we dare to imagine, hope and understand our most basic origin and belonging, the stars.
