Sometimes people are passively waiting for conditions to change or for something to happen that will make their life better or so they'll be able to move ahead.
The state of the passive waiter can bring misery by its own and keep the person in hopeless and powerless existence.
People always have the ability to act in order to change things even if they're not sure that the action will bring the desired results. Every action no matter how small is a progress even as a form of a lesson what not to do or what next steps to take.
