The clouds that pass over all the gardens, silently observing them, know this.

This painting was done en plein air in April 2018, in front of a vegetable garden in the Tuscan countryside.
The work is painted in oil on paper, then stretched on 100% linen canvas mounted on a custom-made fir wood frame.
The signature is in the lower right corner.
The painting is protected with a layer of satin acrylic varnish.
The work comes with a thin fir frame, which deliberately shows the knots in the wood to better match the natural subject. The frame is painted transparent white. It is ready to hang.
The work is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist.
"The vegetable garden and the clouds” is a literal translation of the original Italian title "L'orto e le nuvole".
