I was creating this painting on a beautiful Sunday in spring, close to a turquoise lake outside near the Italian Riviera Coast. I was reflecting about the importance of light - which has also to come from within.
This artwork in its violet, yellow and turquoise tones is e celebration of the upcoming spring, feeling the power of the new growing trees and flowers.
While creating I am always following my intuition, and the seascape is reflecting in a symbolic way my inner landscape, or should I say, soulscape...
