“Through mountain passes thick with snow
Where blizzards whirl and ice winds blow
What impulse drives a maiden fair
With forest beast and sprite of air?
What quest of horror or delight
calls forth such travellers to these heights? “

This is my second all acrylic painting and combines several of my favourite elements...Big Cats, mountains, beautiful lady and Snowy Owl. It tells a story but it is up to the viewer to decide what that story is, I don't think art should give it all away and like the idea that the viewer can put their own complexion on the piece. The work is on block canvas with the image continuing around the edges and and does not require framing.
