The walk up Richmond Hill and the view from the top looking out over the Thames is one of the best in London, it even captured the interest of Turner who painted it around 1820. Although a resident of the SE part of the Metropolis for many years, I've often had cause to visit this borough and enjoy all it has to offer. Washes of warm and cool invoke a late summer evening as a couple walk their dog towards the river.
Painted in my studio from sketches.
This unframed watercolour painting is signed on the front. Your painting will arrive wrapped in protective acid-free paper and rolled in a tough postal tube or sandwiched flat between sturdy card depending on size and destination.
