This piece came from a quiet place in me, one that holds old memories, questions, and things I can’t quite name. I wasn’t trying to paint a specific image—I was letting something hidden come to the surface. The ochres, deep blues, and soft light just started to blend and move, like they had a story of their own to tell.

As I worked, it felt like I was chasing something familiar and distant at the same time—like a memory I couldn’t quite catch, but could still feel. The lines and shapes weren’t planned, they just found their way, like thoughts drifting through a dream.

For me, this painting isn’t about showing—it’s about revealing. It’s a secret I didn’t know I was holding until it was there in front of me on the canvas.
