Artwork description:

A variation on my ‘Sunburst’ design this time with genuine pure copper metal butterflies .. fitting a larger 86x86cm frame. I love how the copper looks like it’s bursting in flames against the bottle green background but I think would also look amazing on a dark blue or purple background. I create each piece to order so if you’d like it on another background colour just ask.

This new design comes beautifully framed in a black painted wooden frame.

The copper butterflies increase in size from the centre to create movement and dimension. There is one signature escaping genuine 24k gold leaf butterfly which gives the piece a touch of preciousness. The 3-dimensional aspect creates beautiful shadows which give the artwork a real sense of movement – a life of its own – and changes throughout the day in changing light situations.

A real stunner and a joy to create.
