Original artwork description:

This is an abstract painting of The Strid, Bolton Abbey. It's a notorious stretch of water where the River Wharfe is forced into a deep and narrow channel. At its narrowest point the Strid is only about two metres wide so it creates a roaring chasm. Really pleased with this painting, the colours work really well together and the Strid looks like it pours off the canvas.
Sides of the canvas are painted so it's ready to hang on the wall.

Materials used:

Acrylic, Emulsion
