Painted in Derwent 'Inktense' watercolour with a highlight of chalk pastel.

I have painted this image on my favourite grey/blue Indian handmade paper.
This acid-free cotton paper has a pleasing deckle edge.
The surface is slightly textured and uneven in places but I feel that this adds to its interest and charm - (see close up photographs).

(When framing, it is an option to ask your framer to "float" the image if you would like the edges to remain visible; if so please ask that the painting is kept from touching the glass.)

The painting is signed on the front, lower left.
