Representatives of the Sphynx cat family are very unusual, mystical, frightening and at the same time attractive animals. The way they sit neatly, the feeling of touching their bare skin, their bewitching and hypnotizing look distinguish these animals from other cats. When the sphinx lies, its posture and appearance are very reminiscent of the famous Egyptian statue of the same name. The mention of this bald breed is present in antiquity, among the Aztecs. They were considered sacred animals and were worshiped like gods. It was believed that centuries-old wisdom emanated from their eyes, and when the sphinx looked at a person, the latter was immersed in mystery and filled with higher knowledge.
