Original artwork description:

A really evocative original painting which was inspired by an absolutely beautiful day spent walking on the South Downs. It's the most exhilarating place to be - fairly rugged, quite wild in some places, but with little pockets of calm where you can stop and admire the gorgeous views in all directions.
At this time of year the gorse is everywhere, with its bright yellow flowers and its sweet, sweet aroma, which seems to follow you wherever you go.
A joyful day depicted in acrylics, with a small use of water-soluble wax crayons here and there.

The piece could be displayed as it is by using the wooden stretcher which supports the canvas, or you might prefer to have it framed.

Signed on the front and varnished.
