As an ex-commercial fisherman I have always regarded sports fishermen with amused indifference (unfair, I know). Seeing them perched uncomfortably on rock ledges for days at a time in the vain hope of a nibble still strikes me as bizarre…but each to his own!
This was produced after a recent visit to Cornwall where this increasingly populous breed are much in evidence.
