About the painting:
Covid is a tragedy.
In this moment of dismay and pain, everyone has had to stop. We were all forced to question the meaning of our actions. Each of us has found or got a glimpse of the solution - greater collaboration, investing time in relationships with those closest to us, cultivating hope in our hearts.
Technology already offers us surrogates of all this. But these surrogates, instead of being the solution, will isolate us even more.
If we do not change direction everything will go back to the way it was before, but worse.
