Many places in the UK have lost their distinctive skyline. Newtown from certain viewpoints has quiet an impressive civic shape, home to a number of Charist movements, the first Co-op, first mail order firm and a lot more.
The Servern (the longest river in UK) starts its journey not far from Newtown and then travels some 250 miles to the sea at the port of Bristol. Each year salmon make the same journey back to their home.
