When I was commissioned to create this image for a book jacket, it was titled "Reunion" but by the time of publication the book title was changed to "The Return to Beirut" (Andrée Chedid; Serpent's Tail, London 1989).

In the mid to late eighties my works were mostly pastels and usually this large format.
This one is 22 x 30 inches - 56 x 76 cm. At that time I did a lot of editorial illustration.

Drawn onto Somerset 300gsm textured paper; it is also lightly sprayed with pastel fixative.

Available unframed, wrapped carefully in acid-free tissue; packaged flat.
