Original artwork description:

A tale about sleepless nights: dreams and nightmares are formed in the most intimate setting in which the material world is a silent witness of our passage.
Some of the paintings are based on photographs I have produced and others on photographs from the media and self portraits of artists.
This painting is part of a ongoing series started in 2014 which includes portrait paintings and still lives. This series debates issues about identity, impermanence, personal history and intimacy.
