Red Cuillin Fire, Isle of Skye

The Red Cuillins on the Isle of Skye are incredibly romantic, they rise in peaks in the middle of the island in soft reddish tones. The colours in this image remind me of Vermeers' paintings of cloth and rich velvets. I used a special set of techniques to capture this image and then worked to bring out the best of the fabulous colours of the Scottish landscape. Printing this on canvas adds to the texture, a personal favourite!

Printed on museum quality canvas and float framed by expert framers. Your artwork will then be delivered in a large box that has been specially designed to protect the art and shipped by courier.

Float or tray frames create a small frame around a canvas that is already stretched on a wooden frame. There is a small gap between the tray frame and the canvas which gives it the appearance of floating in the frame. The framing comes in several colours.

Float frame is 0.5 inch moulding and 1.2 inches deep with a small gap between picture and tray frame moulding.

Back of frame is neatly finished with bumper pads on corners to protect your walls and an easy hang sawtooth bracket system to hang on the wall. All you need to do is take it out of the box and hang it up.

1 The cost of framing has been combined with the Shipping cost

2 Float framing and delivery ready to hang is available only for sizes up to and including 30 x 30 inches. If you need a larger print, you can purchase the canvas only which will be shipped in an art tube, and have it float framed locally.

3 Choice of 6 tray frame colours - please tell me your colour choice for the frame at the time of purchase. Options include, Bleached, Flint, Pebble, Black, Walnut or Grey. Please let me know when purchasing which option you prefer.

5 I offer the following framing options :-

- traditional framed paper print (sizes up to 36 inch frame)
- metal print (sizes up to 48 inches)
