Original artwork description:

There is a war in Ukraine now, but at the same time poppy blossoming has begun in California. I would love to move to this beautiful place to run through it’s red fields and feel that salty breeze of the ocean.

I painted this picture in impasto technique, with the palette knife to add volume and energy to this oil painting.
