Golden and Liquidex Pro acrylic colours on acid free paper, 300gm. 27.5 x 19.75 in., 70 x 50cm.
Interesting paper I experimented with. Strong, thick, and very absorbent. That absorbancy made it awkward to work with but fitting of the idea….
Here I am looking for many layers of splashed colour with the subject somewhat blending in, a pole dancer in an extreme pose.
The close up pictures allow you a better feel for the texture and brush stroke of the painting.
Then there’s the work in progress.
